ABOUT THE AUTHOR
CAROLYN V. PARNELL is a native of Selma, Alabama. She resides in Renton, Washington with her spouse, Ernest and five children. She has five grandchildren. A love for people has kept her involved in her community for many years. Because of her involvement, she was nominated for a "Citizen of the Year" award. She recieved the "Outstanding Citizen" award, 2003.
